Sterility (general bacteria and fungi) testing in cell solution

  • Asepsis test・・・1 specimen ¥2,500 (tax not included)
  • Detection of coliforms, Salmonella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, yeast, etc. in cultured or formulated cell solutions.
  • Endotoxin testing of cell solutions

    • Endotoxin concentration test・・・1 sample ¥5,000 (tax not included)
    • Colorimetric determination method using LAL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate) reagent
    • Endotoxin concentration in cultured or formulated cell solution will be tested based on less than 0.25 EU/mL*. *Endotoxin limit concentration of water for injection specified in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia

    Mycoplasma Tests

    • Mycoplasma test・・・1 specimen ¥76,000 (tax not included)
    • Targeting the 16SrRNA gene of mycoplasmas, mycoplasmas are comprehensively and specifically detected using a real-time PCR system.
