Target cells are stained with antibodies and cell surface antigens are measured with a flow cytometer.

How to send specimens

  • ◎For live cells, suspend the cells cleanly in the shipping medium sent by us and send them refrigerated so that they arrive in the morning of the next day of preparation.
    　Please send the cells in refrigerated condition to arrive in the morning of the next day of preparation. We will send you the shipping medium after we contact you.
  • ◎For frozen cells, please pack cells preserved with a freezing kit on dry ice and send them frozen.

◆Methods for Confirmation of Differentiation Capacity

We culture the cells you send us for several weeks using each differentiation induction medium.
After that, staining is performed by the following staining method. The test is performed according to our procedure manual.

  • Osteoblast test(Dyeing: Alizarin red staining)
  • Adipocyte test(Dyeing: Oil red O staining)
  • Chondrocyte test(Dyeing: Alcian blue staining）

How to send specimens
