Cell Safety Tests

We will perform sterility (bacteria) and endotoxin tests on the cultured cells and inform you.

To perform the test

• ・Please send 0.5 mL of culture or formulated solution of T lymphocytes, dendritic cells, bone marrow stem cells or adipose stem cells.
• ・For specimens arriving on weekday mornings, we will send you a test report by the evening of the same day or the morning of the following day.(FAX/TEL/email)
• ・For items arriving in the afternoon on weekdays and on Saturdays and Sundays, we will respond on the next business day.

Sterility (bacteria) test in cell solution

• ・Sterility Test・・Per specimen
• ・Detection of coliforms, Salmonella, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, yeast, etc. in cultured or formulated cell solutions.




Endotoxin concentration test of cell solution

• ・ Endotoxin Concentration Test・・Per specimen
• ・Colorimetric determination using LAL（Limulus Amebocyte Lysate）reagents
• ・Endotoxin concentration in cultured or formulated cell solution will be tested based on less than 0.25 EU/mL*.　*Endotoxin limit concentration of water for injection specified in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia.
