Conduct culture training and transfer culture protocols

  • For those physicians who wish to perform cell therapy in their own hospitals, training in culture will be provided at the main laboratory in Osaka, depending on the type of cells to be cultured.
  • For veterinarians who have no experience in culture, our culture trainers will guide you through the basics.
  • Please contact us with your preferred culture training course and the dates you would like to schedule your training.
  • Culture training of activated lymphocytes (CAT) and dendritic cells (DC-CAT)

    • (1)Please draw 11mL of peripheral blood + 1.0ml of heparin (12mL total) from your dog or cat with a syringe and bring it with you on the training day.
    • (2)Blood should be drawn as close to training as possible and brought in at room temperature
    • (3)In addition, please bring a white coat and writing utensils.

    Adipose stem cell (ADSC) and bone marrow stem cell (BMSC) culture training

    • (1)If you would like training in bone marrow stem cell (BMSC) culture, please bring 1mL of peripheral blood (0.8mL blood + 0.2mL heparin) for demonstration purposes.
    • (2)For fat stem cell culture training, you are required to bring subcutaneous adipose tissue. Please bring a sample of subcutaneous fat (0.5g), about the size of a pachinko ball, for demonstration purposes.
    • (3)If there are days between the date of collection and training, please freeze. If you bring them with you, please bring them at room temperature.
    • (4)In addition, please bring a white coat and writing utensils.
